Who We Are: TrustThaBeard Media is a division of TrustThaBeard LLC, a business entity registered in the State of Tennessee.
Property Prep: It is the agentâ??s responsibility to ensure the property is prepped prior to the photographer's arrival. Our photographers will walk through the property to turn on lights and make minor adjustments to the rooms. They are not responsible for changing light bulbs, dusting, cleaning, or moving furniture.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: TrustThaBeard Media NEVER charges cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We know that things happen.
Payment: We like our clients to have seen the photos before paying. Our automated system allows viewing of watermarked photos before paying, and automatically removes this watermark as soon as the balance is settled.
Copyright Notice: TrustThaBeard Media (TrustThaBeard LLC) is the copyright holder of all images we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images. Please contact us for more details.
Image Rights and Usage: The party who commissioned the service (Client) has permission to use these images in any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property while it is for sale and are non-transferable to ANY third party such as, but not limited to, homeowners, builders, stagers or other agents/brokers. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale by the original Client who commissioned the project and cannot be reused without specific written permission. The Client may, however, reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
